Adjustments to layout

After various different attempts of layouts and lots of feedback from peers and the ladies at the National Archives, I adjusted my design as i went. Firstly working on colours, where to place images, what types of questions, activities, and notes to make for each page. I also looked at examples from my peers to improve on my photoshop skills.

T started with a eau de nil colour and changed to a brighter cornflower blue as it felt a bit washed out. I started adding contrasting coloured boxes to lift the text and Illustrations and handmade text to add interest to the pages.
